An 11-Day, 12-Night Program to Reconnect, Reflect, and Renew
The Rauhnächte, or “Rough Nights,” are a magical and transformative time spanning 12 nights and 11 days, beginning at midnight on December 24th and ending at midnight on January 5th, moving into the 6th of January. This period is steeped in tradition and spirituality, offering an opportunity to pause, reflect, and connect deeply with yourself and the world around you.
This program is designed for female expats, providing a sacred space to come home to yourself while connecting with others who are also navigating life away from their home countries. It’s a chance to embrace tradition, set intentions for the year ahead, and create meaningful bonds.
Why the Rauhnächte?
The Rauhnächte represent the extra days and nights left over from the transition between the lunar and solar calendars. This liminal period is believed to exist outside ordinary time, with the veil between the physical and spiritual worlds at its thinnest.
Each night is thought to correspond to one month of the coming year, providing a unique opportunity for insight, intention-setting, and spiritual renewal.
